A Few Things You Need to Know

How to get started and a few housekeeping items:
  • Art Fee: The art fee of $75 must be paid before any design will be started. All art work will be uploaded directly to our designer, a link will be provided. This fee allows one full design with the option to have two colorways (home/away). If you need multiple different designs another art fee will be required. Once the artwork has been approved and finalized you will receive an artwork approval code.
  • All NEW team orders will receive an order spreadsheet to complete. Please View all of our package pricing to determine what each players order will cost. In order to receive package pricing on new orders or re-orders you must have a minimum of 12 packages. Payment in full is required prior to being submitted into production. 
  • Re-Orders will be purchased on our website. You may purchase packages again for re-orders if you have a minimum of 12. If your re-order is more than 24 players please email us your roster at uniforms@lazersportswear.com.
  • Customized Products are personalized to you, once the order is placed it cannot be changed/modified or canceled. All Custom Uniform orders are NON-Refundable.
  • Due to many variables with our factories worldwide, we cannot guarantee exact color reproductions on any and all fill in reorders. Of course we strive to make sure it is very similar if not the same.
  • All NEW team orders will receive a picture of mockup on material for final approval. Once this has been approved we are no longer responsible for color, spelling or graphics issues. If you do feel a selected color was used in error please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.  
  • OWNERSHIP RIGHTS IN ARTWORK
    • Lazer Sportswear LLC and its affiliated companies want to work with you to put your designs, artwork, and logos on the products you purchase from us. Any such designs which we prepare for you(“Artwork”), will be the property of Lazer Sportswear LLC and will remain Lazer Sportswear LLC's intellectual property even if you have paid a fee for our design services. You will receive the Artwork only as it appears on goods purchased from us and not in any electronic format. We will have the right to use the Artwork for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, for sales and advertising.
    • If you supply us with original and usable designs (“Customer Designs”), those Customer Designs will remain your property, unless you request changes to the Customer Designs which significantly change the design. Such changes will result in the Customer Design becoming Artwork owned by Lazer Sportswear. You represent that you have all the appropriate rights to use Customer Designs which you provide to us, and you agree to be responsible for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement related to your Customer Design. You will need to provide written proof of your rights to use any third party logo or trademark prior to Lazer Sportswear LLC using such logos or incorporating such logos into your Artwork.
  • From time of order submission to shipping can range from 2-4 weeks standard. During busy seasons, packages can take up to 3-6 weeks. We process every order as quickly as possible without jeopardizing the quality of work. We will email you tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. We cannot guarantee an exact ship date at any time.
